After 6 weeks of investigations the president of the league have finally make a decision on the protest taken of the game (Aguilas vs Lukes) on August 10 at Field 3. After seeing the video of the play several times, Director of the league Carlos J Mena considered the following:

In the play made in the top of the 10th inning, the runner from first to second (Ivo Estevez) is OUT,
 and hitter (Renzo Rodriguez) is safe and stay at first. The double play became null.

Therefore, the game is tied and how it was in that moment. If the game is necessary, for any of the affected teams, this game must be resumed from the moment of the incident under the exact line up the scorekeeper had. (Runners at the corners with 2 outs, Luis Ramos hitting).

This game might take place the last day of the season (schedule to be November 2).
